Role Snapshot
Lead the technical strategy and implementation of Princeton University's enterprise-wide ERP replacement project covering HCM, finance, and student business domains. This critical 2-year term role reports to the VP for IT and CIO and provides technical leadership to ensure a seamless transition to a modern, scalable ERP platform.
Key Responsibilities: Guide technical direction of ERP replacement, design end-to-end system architecture including integrations with existing applications and cloud platforms, and oversee data migration, conversion, and quality standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage technical documentation and vendor evaluation.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in ERP systems integration, data migration strategies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), integration technologies (APIs, middleware, MuleSoft, Boomi), and enterprise integration patterns. Strong solution architecture knowledge, stakeholder communication abilities, and understanding of regulatory compliance and security standards.
Qualifications: 7+ years of IT architecture experience with at least 3 years focused on SaaS ERP implementations or replacements (Oracle Cloud, Workday). Deep knowledge of ERP systems, proven experience leading large-scale data migration projects, and strong background in solution architecture and cloud platforms.
Location: Princeton, New Jersey
Compensation: $120Kβ$180K/yr
