Our Classroom Intelligence tools connect teachers, students, and curriculum—making meaningful learning happen in classrooms every day. We believe the best technology is cutting-edge, respects teachers’ time, integrates into real classrooms, and helps educators focus on what matters most.
Since launching, Brisk has experienced rapid growth. Over 2 million teachers use our platform, and we partner with districts and schools nationwide to transform how educators teach and how students learn.
We're backed by leading venture and edtech investors including Bessemer Venture Partners (Shopify, LinkedIn, Anthropic, Perplexity) and Owl Ventures (Newsela, Quizlet, MasterClass), with a team spanning top AI companies and real classroom experience.
We're a fast-moving, collaborative team driven by a shared commitment to educator impact and product excellence. Our values—urgency, ownership, and focus—shape how we build and who we are.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We’re hiring our first full-time Product Manager to help turn our mission into reality. This role is a rare opportunity to shape not just what we build, but how we build it. You’ll own meaningful product areas end-to-end and work at the intersection of AI, education, and real classroom needs.
We move fast, value iteration and feedback, and we care deeply about impact. Things won’t always be perfectly defined — and that’s okay. We’re looking for a PM who brings clarity to ambiguity, takes real ownership, and finds energy in shipping work that directly improves teachers’ daily lives.
You’re an operator who cares: you unblock teams, sweat the details, and use data to guide decisions — all while keeping the end user in mind. Vision matters here, but what excites you most is turning ideas into shipped products that teachers actually use and love.
You’ll partner closely with our founder, engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to build AI-powered experiences that feel thoughtful, practical, and deeply human.
YOU WILL:
- Own product areas end-to-end, from understanding teacher problems to shipping and iterating on solutions
- Drive execution on complex initiatives where the path forward isn’t obvious and tradeoffs matter
- Align engineering, design, sales, and leadership around clear priorities — without slowing teams down
- Translate powerful AI capabilities into intuitive, trustworthy experiences that create real value for educators
- Use data and teacher feedback to inform decisions, not just validate them
- Write clear specs and create lightweight prototypes that help teams move fast with confidence
YOU HAVE:
- At least 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fast-paced, venture-backed startups building products for diverse users
- A strong operator mindset — you take ownership, remove blockers, and care deeply about shipping
- A demonstrated execution track record, especially in environments with evolving requirements and tight timelines
- Excitement about AI’s potential in education, and the ability to turn emerging capabilities into responsible, user-centered products
- Excellent stakeholder judgment — you balance perspectives, navigate tradeoffs, and create clarity with empathy
- Deep data orientation — you define success upfront and know how to pull insights that actually inform decisions
- Experience partnering closely with founders and/or senior leaders, with the confidence to challenge thoughtfully and decide what’s needed next
BONUS:
- Work experience in EdTech
- Early-stage startup experience where you wore multiple hats
- Experience shipping AI-led or AI-assisted product experiences
