Summary
Sr. Product Manager leading financial performance and strategy for toy and game product lines at Educational Insights. Role combines analytical rigor with creative collaboration to drive portfolio optimization and measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities: Own financial performance of product lines including margins, pricing, and lifecycle profitability; analyze sales trends and consumer insights to guide product decisions. Partner with cross-functional teams on product strategy, marketing positioning, and post-launch performance reviews.
Skills & Tools: Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities; experience in product management, consumer products finance, and financial analysis. Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations and influence cross-functional teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field with 6-10+ years in product management or analytical roles. Demonstrated expertise in portfolio strategy, financial planning, and data-driven decision making.
Location: Hybrid in Torrance, California, United States
Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 / annually
