Summary
Finance Manager role at Campus to drive financial planning, forecasting, and analysis as the company scales. This position will be a key partner to Finance leadership, owning core FP&A processes and building analytical foundations that support strategic decisions and fundraising.
Key Responsibilities: Own and maintain financial models including operating model, headcount model, and cash flow forecast; support annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes; perform deep-dive analyses on key drivers such as enrollment, tuition, costs, and margins; track budget vs. actual performance and maintain KPIs.
Skills & Tools: 5-10 years of FP&A or similar experience with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for non-financial leaders.
Qualifications: Preferred experience in high-growth organizations, SaaS or education business models, board reporting, and system implementation.
Location: Hybrid in Tribeca, New York, United States (remote Mondays and Fridays, in-office Tuesday-Thursday)
Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 / annually
