Summary
Technical Program Manager role at BetterUp overseeing product-led programs and projects in a hybrid Austin-based position. Drive impactful initiatives that support the company's mission of human transformation through effective program execution and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Drive multiple product-led programs, manage dependencies, facilitate stakeholder communication, and navigate technical discussions across teams. Foster collaboration and clarity while supporting the Research & Development organization in delivering innovative products.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in program management, exceptional communication and leadership, strong project management abilities, and understanding of APIs and platform architecture. Proficiency with AI and project management tools, with ability to handle ambiguity and influence cross-functional teams.
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in technical program management or related fields with familiarity of product and software development processes. Past product or engineering management experience is a plus.
Location: Hybrid in Austin, Texas, United States (minimum 2 days per week in-office or 8 days per month)
Compensation: $122,000 – $168,000 / annually
