We're the Operations Excellence team, a new group focused on improving processes across support, operations, and compliance and support expansion into new markets. We're building this team to streamline workflows, boost our company's performance, and ensure smooth operational scaling for growth, and are seeking innovative thinkers to help shape the future. This role will be instrumental in ensuring our operational readiness for new market launches.
- Lead small/medium cross-functional projects to plan and implement process improvements across support, operations, and compliance teams
- Work on operational tasks and projects related to the Operations Department
- Create and lead training programs to facilitate effective change management
- Collaborate with product, finance, support, compliance, operations and legal to roll out improvements and manage stakeholder expectations
- Support the maintenance of our existing systems including notifying the team of changes, reporting and tracking bugs, and performing updates.
- Serve as both internal and external point of contact and liaison for key systems and vendor relationships.
- Analyze data to identify operational improvement opportunities and develop scalable solutions.
- Drive and assess project ROI to ensure initiatives meaningfully contribute to company KPIs and strategic goals. Create success metrics that align with our company KPIs and department goals, and measure impacts of changes.

- Proven experience in operations and/or project management roles
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau
- Demonstrated ability to dive deep into processes and become an expert in areas targeted for improvement
- Strong organizational skills and experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Jira
- Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Integrately, or Make.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter mentality with relentless curiosity and ability to develop creative solutions

HopSkipDrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $55,000 - 65,000. This position is remote and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
