About the Opportunity
The Associate Director, Business Solutions and Operationsplaysa keyrole insupportingoperational excellence acrossthe RES organization.This role focuses on ensuringthe integrity, efficiency, and reliability of the systems, processes, and workflows thatenableRESteams to deliverconsistent, high-qualityservicesto higher education partners.
In this role, you will act as a strategic operationalcontributorsupportingcross-teamproject and program managementplanning,executing eventlogisticsand delivery,maintaininginternalknowledge and resource systems, and ensuringestablishedworkflowsare followed consistentlyacross the team.You willwork closelywith RESleadershipand colleagues to supportprocess alignment,strengthencommunicationpathways,and help operational plans translate into effective execution.
Your work directly supports sales,retention, partnersuccess,and overall efficiency of the RES organizationthrough strong planning, coordination,and follow-through.
In this role, you will:
Project& Program Management (60%)
- Plan and coordinatecross-functional planning and executionof virtual and in-person client trainings, internal meetings, and promotional events, ensuring clear alignment, strong preparation, and smooth delivery.
- Supportoperationalexcellence across eventsbyanticipatinglogistical needs, preparingmaterials and run-of-show documentation, andcompletingpost-event evaluation,follow-upand Salesforce documentation.
- Managekey eventlogistics– including registration, invitations, presenter and stakeholder coordination, participant communication, and technical readiness – in partnership with RES teams responsible for content and program design.
- Administersurvey operations, including deploying surveys created by RES teams, managing distribution, monitoring response rates, synthesizing surveydata,and preparing insights and recommendations for leadership.
- Maintain and organizethe RES internal document library,ensuring organized, current, and easily accessible resources that support RES teams.
- Supportthe development andimplementationof operational best practices, including SOPs,workflowsand projecttracking tools, and manage Monday.com boardsto supportvisibility andon-time execution.
Operational Business Services Support(40%)
- Identifyopportunities for operationalimprovement,document processgaps, proposesolutions, andsupport theimplementation of process and system enhancements across the RES unit.
- Serve asa point of coordination and operationalsupport,assistingcolleagueswithprocesses, tools, cross-team coordination, and beta programming activities, including participant recruitment, communications, andlogistics.
- Develop and maintain a centralized RES knowledgeand resource ecosystem, ensuringteam members have reliable access to key tools,documentationand support assets.
- Promote consistent operational practices by reinforcing established processes, supporting adoption of best practices, and helping colleagues navigate systems and workflows.
- Monitor contract workflows within Salesforce to ensuretimelyprogression,proactivelyidentifybottlenecks,and coordinatewith theappropriate subjectmatter experts when issues arise.
About You
- Demonstratedexperienceinproject and program management, with the ability tocoordinate cross-functional teams, influencestakeholders,andsupport alignmentand shared goals.
- Strong operational and systems-thinking skills, with experiencesupporting theimplementationofprocesses, SOPs, workflows, andestablishedgovernanceframeworks that improve efficiency and consistency.
- Advanceproficiencywith operational tools such as Monday.com, Salesforce, Zooms,Slackand survey administration platforms.
- Exceptional organizational and planning abilities, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities,anticipateneeds and ensuretimely, high-quality execution.
- Experience administeringor coordinating surveys, including managing deploymentlogistics, tracking responserates,and synthesizing findings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, using data and operational insights toidentifybottlenecksand recommendpracticalimprovements.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to articulate processes clearly andsupport effective cross-team coordination.
- A collaborative, relationship-driven approach, with the abilityto supportcolleaguesand contributetoeffective cross-team coordination.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence, with the initiative tohelpstreamline workflowsand supportstrongteamperformance.
- Event support will require lifting boxes,packingand shipping items, standing forlong periodsof time.
- A willingness to travel 3 – 5 times per year to support key events and team initiatives.
Exceptional candidatespreferably have
- A minimum of 3 – 5 years of project and/or program management experience.
- Event planningexperience.
- Monday.com, Salesforce, Zoom,Calendly,Slack and survey administration platforms.
- A bachelor’sdegreeor equivalent experience.
