Role Snapshot
Lead Project Manager at Trafera to establish a Project Management Office (PMO) overseeing IT projects and business process improvements while fostering organizational collaboration and accountability.
Key Responsibilities: Manage IT project delivery and business process improvement initiatives through standardized intake, scoping, and execution processes. Oversee project governance, documentation, communication strategies, and drive adoption of Agile methodology across the organization.
Skills & Tools: Extensive experience in IT project management, business process reengineering, and proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with expertise in project management tools such as Asana, HubSpot, and FreshService.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Administration with 5-7 years of project management experience and PMP or equivalent certification. Demonstrated experience with change management and cross-functional collaboration.

Compensation: $110K–$130K/yr
