Role Snapshot
Senior Solution Deployment Manager at Docebo responsible for successfully onboarding enterprise customers to the AI-driven learning platform. The role combines project management and business analysis to ensure customers achieve their implementation goals quickly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple enterprise customer onboarding projects concurrently, develop and monitor implementation schedules, and document success criteria across the customer journey. Facilitate technical specifications, identify and communicate risks, and ensure alignment across Professional Services and Customer Success teams.
Skills & Tools: Strong project management and business analysis capabilities with working knowledge of consulting processes and software implementation lifecycle. Solid understanding of application programming, system design, IT service delivery, and demonstrated customer-focused problem-solving with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in IT project management or IT service implementation roles, preferably with large accounts and enterprise clients. Bachelor's degree required; experience in the E-Learning industry is preferred. Fluency in English is required; French and Spanish are beneficial.
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Compensation: $105K–$135K/yr
