Role Snapshot
The Technical Resource Manager oversees installation and commissioning operations for Bluum, ensuring project delivery meets specifications while leading teams and maintaining quality standards in the audio-visual installation sector.
Key Responsibilities: Manage installation teams, oversee project execution, implement quality control standards, conduct safety compliance inspections, and serve as the primary point of contact for installation operations and field engineering decisions.
Skills & Tools: Strong technical proficiency in audio/video systems, leadership abilities, project management expertise, and excellent organizational and communication skills with hands-on troubleshooting capabilities.
Qualifications: Secondary diploma required with 2 years of supervisory experience and 5 years of direct A/V installation experience; CTS certification preferred and must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Compensation: $80Kβ$120K/yr
