Summary
The Associate, Major Giving role supports The Commit Partnership's fundraising strategy by engaging and managing individual investors while maintaining the prospect pipeline. This position contributes to securing the organization's annual budget of at least $43M through strategic major giving initiatives.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include strong critical thinking, organizational abilities, and attention to detail, along with proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Qualifications: Candidates must hold an Associate degree or higher in related fields with 3-5 years of relevant experience; experience in fundraising or nonprofit work is preferred.
Location: Hybrid in Dallas, Texas, United States with remote work allowed on certain days
Compensation: $60,000 – $78,000 / annually
