Summary

Lead the integration and adoption of AI and automation capabilities across NWEA's educational products and programs to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Coordinate AI initiatives, governance, training, and operational implementation across the Content Solutions division.

Skills & Tools: 2-4 years of experience in content operations with strong organizational and project management skills, proficiency in AI-assisted tools, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Excel. Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, communicate complex concepts, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications: Required experience in content operations and familiarity with AI-assisted tools; preferred qualifications include Ed Tech background, assessment development experience, and prior technology rollout or process improvement support.

Location: Remote (United States)

Compensation: $82,000 – $90,000 / annually
