About the Team
The Academic Operations Team supports the execution of academic operations with a focus on faculty support, data accuracy, and process adherence. The team handles the operational “ground game” that keeps faculty, programs, and systems running smoothly.
This team works cross-functionally to ensure academic systems are reliable, faculty are supported, and processes are consistently executed.

This role handles the operational “ground game” that keeps faculty, programs, and systems running smoothly.

Data Integrity & Tracking
- Maintain accurate records related to:
- Faculty onboarding status and training completion
- Course and section assignments
- Documented scheduling adjustments or cancellations
- Monitor data systems with high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Flag discrepancies and proactively correct errors before they impact scheduling, payroll, or faculty experience
Process & Workflow Execution
- Execute defined academic operations workflows consistently and on time
- Track incoming requests such as program changes, faculty updates, or platform needs
- Ensure requests are logged, monitored, and resolved according to SLAs
- Support audits, accreditation needs, or internal reviews by preparing clean documentation
Platform & Program Support
- Serve as an expert in the Campuswire system (our LMS) to both internal teams and faculty
- Coordinate projects related to aligning curricula and programs across both the New York online model and Sacramento campuses
- Assist with course setup, new faculty training, faculty assignments, and term rollovers
- Validate that program configurations match approved academic plans
- Test and confirm changes before terms launch
Faculty Support & Issue Resolution
- Serve as first-line support for faculty operational questions and issues
- Triage and resolve common faculty requests related to onboarding, access, scheduling, and platform usage
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the Academic Operations Manager with clear documentation
- Communicate deadlines, expectations, and updates to faculty consistently
Continuous Improvement Support
- Work cross functionally with internal teams to identify gaps, scope projects, and deliver impactful solutions
- Identify recurring issues or inefficiencies and surface them to the Manager
- Help document processes and update playbooks
- Support implementation of special projects with new tools, systems, or workflows

What you’ll get:
- A compensation package that includes a base salary ($60,000 - $75,000) + equity grant
- Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary will be localized.
