Position Summary:
The Digital Assets Coordinatoris responsible for day-to-day work involved with setting up and maintaining Penn Foster Group course content in the various systems used to deliver that content to learners, including the Student Information System, the Learning Management System, source file archives, project schedules and information dashboards, and all other systems, tools, and applications. This position is responsible for meeting deadlines and managing time and priorities efficiently.
Essential Job Functions:
- Complete and maintain SIS builds for assets, lessons, courses, and programs.Entering and verifying data used for course setup and delivery.
- Assign, record, and track unique numbers for assets of all types.
- Prepare and deploy audio,PDF, and video files for delivery through online courses.
- Set up technical aspects of LMS course connections to ensure interoperability with various systems for seamless course delivery.
- Leverage data analytics and SQL to cross-reference, track usage, identifytrends, and optimize asset management.
- Solve issues through collaboration, open communication, and creative problem-solving.
- Learn new programs and platforms quickly, drive continuous improvement, share knowledge and lessons-learned with team.
- Create and provide regular reports on personal and team-assigned workflows.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Online-learning systems experience is required. Proven experience being highly organized and process-driven. Experience working and communicating with technology and instructional design teams is preferred.
- Computer Skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript experience isrequired. Experience with Anthology Student, Instructure Canvas, D2L Brightspace, Atlassian Jira and Confluence, and Microsoft 365 is preferred. SQL, Git, and Tableau experience is a plus.
