Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $80,000 - $130,000.
Your Role
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to inspirationally coach, develop and support a team of Account Executives and Customer Success Managers for our US team which serves teams across multiple professional and NCAA DI sports. This role will report directly to the Sr Sales Director.
As a Sales Manager, you’ll:
- Drive our message. You’ll help inform colleges, universities, professional teams and national federations of our solutions, and directly influence revenue growth on the front lines.
- Own revenue lines in your territory. You’ll be responsible for the engagement and implementation of our products, and be accountable for your team.
- Be the decision-maker. Within your team, you’ll take charge of revenue forecasting, quota attainment, and the career development of your people.
Our priority is to hire someone for this role who lives near our offices in Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska. If you are not based in Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska, we will require you to relocate to be considered.

- Proven. You’re an inspirational leader with a history of exceeding quotas in previous sales roles.
- A self-starter. You can work autonomously, balancing your time between coaching your team, reporting sales metrics to leadership, and coordinating with key stakeholders in other areas of the company to drive revenue growth.

- Eager. You’re all about developing a team of individual contributors and celebrating their wins.
- Communication skills. You’re comfortable presenting to small and large groups of both internal and external audiences. You can motivate and educate with concise written and verbal communication.
Nice-to-Haves
- Sales expertise. Sales managers coach Account Executives and Customer Success Managers. Account Executive team handles prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating and closing. Additionally, our Customer Success Managers are involved in getting customers engaged with Hudl solutions, and aspire for coaching through every aspect of the renewal process. Familiarity with each step of the process is a huge plus.
- Tech-savvy. You can navigate Salesforce and Google Workspace like a pro, and love uncovering workflow efficiencies.
- User-focused. You’re motivated to join your reps on the road, meet customers in person, and attend sporting events to test our products on game day.
- Analytical. You have a knack for uncovering and analyzing data to drive decision-making, and treat your revenue forecast like it’s your personal budget.
