Role Snapshot
Director of Strategy and Business Operations who partners with the SVP of Global Services & Support to drive strategic planning, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment across a global organization. This role serves as a critical force multiplier, translating strategic priorities into actionable programs and delivering measurable impact at both strategic and execution levels.
Key Responsibilities: Lead annual and quarterly business planning processes, manage budgets and KPIs, track business performance, and drive operational reviews (QBRs/MBRs) for executive leadership. Drive strategic transformation initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, establish governance frameworks, and partner with Finance and Business Intelligence to deliver data-driven insights that guide organizational decisions.
Skills & Tools: Strong business acumen, advanced analytical capabilities, exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, and proven ability to lead through influence across cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data storytelling to inform leadership decisions.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, with preference for MBA or advanced degree and minimum 10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, or chief of staff roles in SaaS or technology companies. Strong understanding of professional services, customer success, and support business models required.
