Summary

The AV Operations Manager oversees installation operations for Bluum, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards while managing team performance and technical support. This role serves as the primary point of contact and decision-maker for the local installation and field engineering group.

Skills & Tools: Proficiency in audio/video systems, project management, and technical guidance; strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities; hands-on troubleshooting and process improvement capabilities.
Qualifications: Secondary diploma required; minimum 2 years of supervisory experience and 5 years in A/V installation; relevant certifications such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) or OSHA 30 required within specified timeframes.
Location: Hybrid in San Antonio, Texas, United States with frequent local and national travel required
Compensation: $90,000 / annually
