Skills & Tools: Strong technical proficiency with procurement platforms (Zip, Coupa, Ariba), process optimization expertise, and advanced Excel/BI tool skills for reporting. Exceptional communication abilities to translate complex system workflows into executive narratives and drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in Procurement Operations, Sourcing, or Business Operations with direct hands-on experience managing procurement technology systems. Preferred experience in SaaS or Private Equity-backed environments, with relevant certifications such as CSPO, PMP, or CPSM.
