As a Staff AI Engineer, you will shape the technical direction of AI systems, driving innovation, reliability, and scalability across the organisation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality AI solutions that directly impact learning outcomes.

• Mentor and guide engineering teams

Share Your Expertise.

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role include:

• Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years software engineering experience
• Strong experience with AI/ML systems
• Experience with cloud platforms and data systems
• Advanced degree preferred

Reporting to: Director of Engineering

Work Model: Hybrid in the Whitefield area of Bangalore

Compensation

Compensation for this role is competitive and aligned with local market benchmarks in India. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
