The Clinical Compliance Coordinator ensures all state and federal healthcare requirements are met for students and faculty in an accelerated nursing program at Pacific Lutheran University. This role is critical to maintaining compliance standards and supporting successful clinical placements for healthcare education partnerships.

Key Responsibilities: Maintains databases of faculty and clinical agency compliance requirements, ensures students and faculty adhere to healthcare partner requirements, manages communication regarding clinical compliance, and may submit compliance information to healthcare organizations. Additional duties include exam proctoring as needed.
Skills & Tools: Strong spreadsheet and database management expertise with high attention to detail. Proficiency with systems, portals, and web-based databases preferred, along with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Qualifications: Minimum one year of administrative support, customer service, or client service experience required; high school diploma or equivalent required. Healthcare or educational setting experience is preferred.

Compensation: $38K–$52K/yr (estimated)

The clinical compliance coordinator (CCC) is responsible for verification of all state and federal requirements, building strong relationship with our clinical partners, and supporting students in their accelerated nursing program. Benefits: Full time, benefits eligible position; including free tuition What You Will Do: Maintains databases of faculty and agency clinical compliance requirements. Ensures students and faculty follow healthcare partners’ clinical requirements. Manages student and faculty communication regarding healthcare partners’ clinical requirements. May be responsible to submit compliance information to the HCO.
