Role Snapshot

Classroom Installer for Lakeshore Learning Materials, responsible for setting up educational classroom environments nationwide through physical installation and assembly work. This role ensures classrooms are properly furnished and ready for student use.

Key Responsibilities: Unload delivery trucks, assemble furniture, lift and carry heavy boxes, set up complete classrooms, and clean up debris. Work is performed primarily during weekday daytime hours with occasional weekend shifts as needed.
Skills & Tools: Physical strength and stamina for lifting/carrying heavy items, attention to detail for furniture assembly and classroom setup, ability to follow instructions, and customer service orientation to provide quality installation experiences.
Qualifications: No specific education or certifications required; ability to perform physically demanding work and availability for weekday daytime hours with flexibility for occasional weekend shifts.
Location: In-Person - Cleveland, OH
Compensation: $32K–$42K/yr (estimated)

Job Description

We are looking for hardworking folks to become a part of our classroom installation teams nationwide. Our local teams are trained to provide unbeatable service from the moment they arrive, taking care of every detail from start to finish! This position primarily requires availability during weekday daytime hours. Occasional weekend shifts may be required based on business needs. During classroom installations, you will:

  • Unload trucks
  • Assemble furniture
  • Lift and carry heavy boxes
  • Set up classrooms
  • Clean up debris
