Role Snapshot
Lead the integration of advanced data systems and AI models into NORA, a digital assistant designed to enhance safety in K-12 schools. This role focuses on building secure, scalable data architectures and agentic APIs that power intelligent threat detection and mitigation capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Design and implement data integration pipelines using Databricks medallion architecture, develop secure multi-tenant data architectures with Unity Catalog, and deploy/optimize agentic APIs integrating large language models and vector search. Contribute to developing new agents and tools supporting customer scenarios and Navigate360 product integration.
Skills & Tools: 3+ years of experience with Databricks, proficiency in AWS services, expertise in large language models and secure data architectures, and strong problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Github, MLFlow, Langchain, and Mosaic AI Agent framework is essential.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree with 5+ years of experience in relevant technologies is preferred. Demonstrated experience building enterprise-class systems in Databricks with a remote team environment.

Compensation: $120K–$160K/yr
