Role Snapshot

Lead creative vision and brand strategy across Penn Foster Group's multiple brands and channels, driving strategic growth through innovative storytelling and AI-driven creative solutions. Central role in translating the company's mission into emotionally compelling work that delivers measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities: Set and articulate creative vision, evolve brand identity and design systems, lead cross-channel creative execution, and manage creative teams including designers and agency partners. Collaborate with marketing, product, growth, and enterprise teams to deliver campaigns, brand assets, and lifecycle creative that drive enrollment, engagement, and learner value.
Skills & Tools: Deep expertise in brand strategy, visual identity systems, and integrated marketing across digital and offline channels; strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused creative; experience with AI-driven discovery, creative automation, and design tools; exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Qualifications: Proven experience in creative leadership roles, integrated marketing campaigns, and conversion-focused creative solutions that balance brand storytelling with measurable business outcomes. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop brand systems, and champion creative innovation across complex organizational environments.
Location: United States
Compensation: $90K–$160K/yr
