Summary
Engineering Manager to lead Superhuman's Infrastructure/SRE team, overseeing the full SRE lifecycle while supporting cloud infrastructure scaling and engineering team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and grow the SRE team, develop infrastructure scaling plans aligned with company roadmap, coordinate with engineering teams to provide platform services, and manage enterprise customer support through SLOs and incident reports.
Skills & Tools: 5+ years SRE experience with team management, proficiency in AWS/GCP/Azure, incident command capability, Kubernetes or container management systems expertise, and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments with strong cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications: 5+ years as an SRE plus 2+ years managing SRE/DevOps teams, hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider, demonstrated incident commander capability, remote team management experience, and proactive approach to scaling infrastructure.
Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, California, United States
Compensation: $260,000 – $340,000/year
