Role Snapshot
Lead educational services and operations at C2 Education's Suwanee center, managing staff, driving student enrollment, and ensuring high-quality academic outcomes. Responsible for center profitability, operational efficiency, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily center operations, manage and develop staff, drive student enrollment and revenue goals, conduct student assessments and develop personalized learning plans, maintain parent communication, and manage center finances and scheduling. Ensure curriculum compliance, build community relationships, and resolve student/parent inquiries.
Skills & Tools: Leadership, communication, organizational skills, problem-solving, and budget management required. Must stay current on educational trends and foster student engagement and academic achievement.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Center Director or similar role. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience required.
Location: Suwanee, Georgia
Compensation: $55K–$60K/yr
