Skills & Tools: Expertise in SEO, content strategy, audience research, and editorial frameworks; deep understanding of search landscape shifts and AI-driven discovery platforms; strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Qualifications: Significant experience in content strategy, SEO, or organic growth roles at technology or consumer platforms; demonstrated ability to build scalable content systems and drive measurable business outcomes through organic channels.

Job Description
Begin is leveraging its trusted brand, family data, and engagement engine, to evolve its platform into a family-facing decision platform, Sage©, integrating AI-driven intelligence with human-backed wisdom to help parents navigate the thousands of daily learning, development, enrichment, and purchasing decisions that define early childhood.
Location: Remote* | Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer.
- Have built content strategies that drive measurable organic growth.
- Understand SEO as a content and audience discipline, not solely a technical one.
- Have experience creating scalable editorial programs and content ecosystems.
- Are deeply familiar with search intent, content architecture, topic clustering, and authority building.
- Understand how AI-powered search and answer engines are changing content discovery.
- Can translate audience insights into content experiences that drive acquisition and engagement.
- Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Thrive in ambiguous, fast moving environments with high ownership
- Are excited to help parents discover trusted answers and products in high intent moments
- 6–9 years of experience in content strategy, organic growth, SEO, or search-driven content marketing with a track record of driving measurable business impact.
- Proven success developing scalable content strategies that increase organic visibility, engagement, and acquisition.
- Strong expertise in content strategy, audience insights, search intent, topic clustering, and editorial planning.
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices and tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, and GA4.
- Experience optimizing content for AI-powered discovery, including Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and emerging search experiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable content strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating across Product, Marketing, Design, Engineering, and subject matter experts.
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
