Role Snapshot
Integration Specialist Nurse Educator for Ascend Learning providing nursing expertise to support clients integrating ATI nursing solutions and enhancing educational outcomes across the Northeast Region.
Key Responsibilities: Support client integration of ATI nursing products, lead client assessments and ongoing success planning, deliver webinars, and manage key performance indicators including client satisfaction, product adoption, NCLEX pass rates, and retention. Recommend active learning strategies and curriculum integration methods based on product usage and outcome data analysis.
Skills & Tools: Strong nursing education background with proficiency in technology tools, effective communication and presentation abilities, and analytical skills to interpret data and drive client outcomes.
Qualifications: Master's degree in nursing with current registered nurse license and 5+ years of experience in nursing academia and client success; experience with ATI resources is strongly preferred.
Location: Richmond, Virginia
Compensation: $80K–$120K/yr
