Role Snapshot
Join Acelero, Inc. as an ERSEA Assistant to support families through the eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment, and attendance process for early childhood education programs while ensuring compliance with Head Start Performance Standards.
Key Responsibilities: Support families through the ERSEA process, manage online family applications, review applications and intake forms, determine eligibility for programs and childcare subsidies, monitor enrollment data, and maintain accurate records and compliance documentation.
Skills & Tools: Detail-oriented and compassionate with strong communication skills; knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards and experience with enrollment systems preferred; bilingual capability in Spanish or Creole preferred.
Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required; Associate degree in Social Work, Education, or related field preferred; knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards preferred; valid driver's license required.
Location: Delaware
Compensation: From $36K/yr
