Role Snapshot
Head of Enterprise Design at Superhuman (formerly Grammarly) to lead the design vision for a unified admin platform serving enterprise clients. This high-impact role shapes intuitive experiences for managing accounts, billing, and features across Grammarly, Coda, and Superhuman products.
Key Responsibilities: Define design vision for the unified admin platform and team-focused features while mentoring cross-product designers. Partner with product and engineering leads to create scalable systems for account management, influence roadmaps, and advocate for enterprise admin needs.
Skills & Tools: 10+ years of product design experience with expertise in scalable enterprise products and design systems. Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities with a strong portfolio showing user-centric design problem-solving.
Qualifications: 10+ years in product design with 3+ years of team leadership experience. Proven ability to create user-friendly enterprise tools and manage complex projects independently.
Location: San Francisco
Compensation: $285K–$392K/yr
