Role Snapshot
Tutor Me Education seeks an On-Site Educational Director to implement and manage tutoring programs across Los Angeles schools, ensuring student progress and exceptional service delivery to school district partners.
Key Responsibilities: Manage tutoring schedules, track student academic progress, train and develop tutoring staff, and foster communication with students and parents. Handle administrative tasks including report submission, virtual support to regional operations, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Skills & Tools: Strong organizational, communication, and time management abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications. Must possess knowledge of K-12 teaching methodologies and experience maintaining detailed, well-documented records.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of progressive career growth in relevant experience. Must have a history of working in virtual operations environments, particularly with large teams.
Location: Los Angeles, California
Compensation: $70K–$90K/yr
