Role Snapshot
Campus Monitor at City Arts and Leadership High School in San Francisco responsible for maintaining a safe, positive school environment while supervising students and supporting behavioral engagement throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise students in hallways, restrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces before/after school and during transitions; monitor technology use, maintain visible presence for safety, de-escalate conflicts using restorative practices, and assist with emergency procedures and special events.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and teamwork abilities with demonstrated equity-focus, understanding of adolescent development, ability to work respectfully with diverse families, and preferably bilingual Spanish proficiency.
Qualifications: Associate degree required with experience in security, campus supervision, or front-desk operations in school or youth-serving environments; understanding of adolescent development and trauma-informed practices.
Location: San Francisco, California
Compensation: $22–$30/hr
