Join Relias as a Productivity Engineer II to lead developer experience initiatives through advanced automation, CI/CD pipeline design, and system architecture optimization in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role emphasizes technical leadership, architectural contributions, and scaling developer experience initiatives across engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities: Lead initiatives to optimize developer workflows and enhance build, test, and deployment processes; design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and advanced automation frameworks; mentor team members and standardize best practices across teams; enhance system observability and address systemic pain points.
Skills & Tools: Extensive software development experience with proficiency in C# and JavaScript; advanced expertise in DevOps practices, cloud-based infrastructure (Azure), and CI/CD tools; strong ability to design scalable systems, foster cross-team collaboration, and implement automation solutions.
Qualifications: 10+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years in productivity or DevOps-focused roles; Bachelor's Degree required; certifications in Azure fundamentals and development preferred.
Location: Morrisville, North Carolina
Compensation: $110K–$150K/yr
