Role Snapshot

Part-time temporary administrative coordinator supporting the Connecticut Registered Apprenticeship Program in early childhood education, focusing on workforce development for women and BIPOC workers. Position contributes to an innovative, equity-centered professional development pathway serving up to 50 Family Child Care Educators annually.

Key Responsibilities: Manage outreach and recruitment, maintain communication with program participants, track data, organize documents, and ensure equitable access to trainings and meetings. Support administrative functions of the program in a virtual environment.
Skills & Tools: Exceptional organization and communication abilities, digital fluency with Google Suite, bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, and demonstrated commitment to worker-centered and equity-focused approaches.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include two years of project coordination experience and knowledge of early childhood education; strong candidates without all requirements are encouraged to apply.
Location: Connecticut
Compensation: $32–$37/hr
