Role Snapshot
Lead software development teams at Relias in delivering healthcare solutions as a Manager, Engineering. Supervise engineering projects, mentor technical talent, and drive software feature development in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and provide technical direction to engineering teams, design and release software features, lead agile delivery processes including sprint planning and backlog management. Act as a senior engineer developer while recommending strategies for complex technical problems and developing domain expertise.
Skills & Tools: Strong experience in .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, ASP.NET Web Forms, and Agile methodology; excellent mentoring and stakeholder engagement abilities; system design and SDLC knowledge.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 7+ years in software development and 3+ years in a leadership role. Relevant certifications such as AZ 900 and AZ 204 preferred.
Location: Morrisville, North Carolina
Compensation: $120K–$160K/yr
