Role Snapshot
The Associate Product Owner supports the product team in enhancing product workflows for Career & Technical Education platforms, focusing on improving usability and customer satisfaction through cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Support product vision and strategy, maintain and organize the product backlog, develop user stories, coordinate features across development and design teams, gather stakeholder feedback, and participate in agile ceremonies and performance monitoring.
Skills & Tools: Basic understanding of Career & Technical Education and agile/Scrum principles, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and interest in education technology and improving learning experiences.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, education, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in a product-related or technical role, preferably within EdTech or software development.
Location: Lubbock, Texas
Compensation: $60K–$80K/yr
