Role Snapshot
The VP of Professional Services at Finalsite leads the implementation experience for K-12 education clients, developing strategic direction, operational excellence, and repeatable processes to ensure rapid time-to-value and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end implementation journey from sales engagement through handoff to support teams, manage professional services operations including project management, training, technical and creative services, and drive revenue/margin targets while maintaining high service quality.
Skills & Tools: 10+ years in professional services management with strong strategic and operational skills, excellent communication abilities, and expertise in project management and service delivery frameworks; experience in SaaS environments and technology sector is preferred.
Qualifications: Demonstrated track record of operational success in the technology sector; MBA or advanced degree preferred; proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive client satisfaction metrics.
Location: United States
Compensation: $180K–$210K/yr
