Role Snapshot
Lead engineering teams in developing Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions for healthcare organizations at Relias. Drive product delivery, set technical direction, and positively impact thousands of healthcare and human service organizations.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the development and delivery of software features for the GRC product line, manage engineering teams, set technical direction, and drive cross-team initiatives. Lead agile teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strategic focus on product excellence.
Skills & Tools: Strong leadership in agile environments, 7+ years in software development with .NET Core, frontend knowledge (Angular/React), cloud experience (Azure preferred), and strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 3+ years in leadership roles. Healthcare compliance/GRC domain exposure preferred.
Location: Morrisville, North Carolina
Compensation: $115K–$160K/yr
