Role Snapshot
The Regional Program Site Success Manager oversees Elevo's educational programs at multiple school sites in Southern California, driving program quality, coaching team development, and school partnerships to ensure student success and district goal achievement.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop coaching teams, conduct site visits to assess program quality and student engagement, manage operational tasks including scheduling and compliance, and serve as the primary point of contact for school principals and district leaders. Collaborate with internal teams on curriculum delivery, resolve quality issues, and maintain documentation of partner communication and program performance.
Skills & Tools: Strong team leadership, excellent communication, and adaptability are required; proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is preferred. Experience with education or youth programs and school-based partnerships is highly valued.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include prior experience in education, school-based partnerships, or youth program management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is preferred but not mandatory.
Location: Murrieta, California
Compensation: $67K–$72K/yr
