Summary
Lead accounting operations and ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and controls for a fast-growing, mission-driven educational platform. Serve as primary owner of close, audit, controls, and accounting systems reporting directly to the CFO.
Skills & Tools: Expert-level proficiency in accounting, financial controls, US GAAP (ASC 606, ASC 718, ASC 842), and audit management. Experience in high-growth regulated environments with strong leadership and communication abilities.
Qualifications: CPA certification and bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required. 12-15 years of accounting experience with familiarity of NetSuite implementations preferred.
Location: New York City, New York
Compensation: $180K–$230K/yr
