The Warehouse Specialist manages inventory, coordinates shipments, and ensures efficient warehouse operations for CS Power Systems, a leading solar energy manufacturer. This role is critical to supporting the supply chain and maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities: Receives, inspects, and stores incoming materials; maintains accurate inventory records and conducts cycle counts; coordinates order picking, packing, and shipping; operates warehouse equipment safely; and processes shipping/receiving documentation in the warehouse management system.
Skills & Tools: Requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with inventory management systems and warehouse management software. Must demonstrate effective communication, teamwork, forklift operation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of warehouse operations experience; familiarity with SAP/Excel is preferred. Forklift certification is preferred; experience in manufacturing or distribution environments is a plus.

Job Summary: The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to support the supply chain process. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts. Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping to ensure timely delivery. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to optimize workflows. Process shipping and receiving documentation in the warehouse management system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse facility. Identify and report any inventory discrepancies or issues. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency. Qualifications & Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in warehouse operations are a plus. 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, and professional in SAP/Excel are a plus. Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse management software. Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.). Effective communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including Overtime if needed. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations related to warehouse operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory tracking software. Work Environment: This position requires standing, walking, lifting, and handling warehouse materials. Exposure to varying temperatures and warehouse conditions.
