Role Snapshot
Art Director at American Student Assistance, a nonprofit focused on career readiness for students. Create engaging digital assets and motion graphics that inspire Gen Z and Alpha audiences while staying current with social trends.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with copywriters to develop creative assets, monitor social media and pop culture trends, produce video and motion graphics for ads and thought leadership content, and design organic social media assets. Film, edit, and produce thought leadership videos while maintaining brand personality and messaging.
Skills & Tools: Expert proficiency in motion graphics and graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite with a strong portfolio. Strategic thinker who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to incorporate feedback effectively while pitching to senior team members.
Qualifications: Prior experience in a creative role with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics and graphic design. Understanding of Gen Z and Gen Alpha engagement strategies with demonstrated knowledge of social media trends and pop culture.
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Compensation: $77K–$100K/yr
