Role Snapshot
The Regional Program Success Manager leads and enhances the quality of youth programs across school sites in Sacramento, ensuring partner satisfaction and driving program success through team leadership and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop coaching teams, conduct site visits to assess program quality and student engagement, manage operational tasks including scheduling and compliance, and serve as primary point of contact for school partners. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent curriculum delivery and drive accountability across sites while supporting renewal planning.
Skills & Tools: Strong leadership and communication skills, team management experience, school partnership building abilities, and adaptability to changing circumstances. Program quality assessment, operational management, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities are essential.
Qualifications: Minimum of 48 college credits or an Associate's degree from an accredited institution is required. Preference given to candidates with experience in education, youth programs, or school partnerships.
Location: Sacramento, California
Compensation: $32β$35/hr
