Role Snapshot
Relias is seeking an experienced Data Engineer II to design, build, and optimize robust data pipelines using Azure technologies while mentoring junior engineers. This role directly impacts healthcare organizations' ability to improve clinical and financial outcomes through advanced data solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for large volumes of structured and unstructured data, collaborate with AI/ML teams on data modeling, ensure data quality and governance, and mentor junior data engineers on best practices.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Python, and SQL with strong expertise in data pipeline design, optimization, and modern CI/CD frameworks. Experience with both batch and real-time streaming data ingestion pipelines required.
Qualifications: 3+ years of data engineering experience required. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Location: Morrisville, North Carolina
Compensation: $95K–$130K/yr
