Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst
Location: Stevens Point, WI - Corporate Office
*May include remote opportunities in the following states: AZ, FL, IL, IN, KS, MI, MN, PA, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI. No relocation assistance is provided.
Starting Salary: $56,874.78 - $62,562.26 (Salary commensurate with experience)
Skyward is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Programming Professional Services team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with management and team members to deliver insightful reports, dashboards, and data analytics that drive decision-making and innovation. This is more than a job, it’s a career path with opportunities for growth into a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst role.
What you’ll do:
- Design, develop, and support customized reports, dashboards, and data analytics.
- Provide exceptional customer support, training, and consulting on product usage.
- Lead both on-site and virtual training sessions for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and troubleshoot reporting issues.
- Continuously learn and grow your expertise in BI tools and data systems.
What you need:
- A two- or four-year degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general PC applications.
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, SQL Query tools, Power BI, Amazon QuickSight).
- Understanding of databases, SQL queries, and data analytics concepts.
- A detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
