Role Snapshot
Sr. Technical Program Manager, Data at Superhuman (Grammarly) will drive delivery of data infrastructure and products across a multi-product AI platform, serving as the connective tissue between data platform engineers and product teams to accelerate data capabilities at scale.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee delivery of critical data infrastructure and data products across multiple areas, partner with engineering, product, and data science teams to identify and prioritize data solutions, translate technical complexity into clear roadmaps, and remove cross-functional workflow friction to enhance product velocity.
Skills & Tools: Ability to operate at multiple technical and strategic levels, translate complex infrastructure into clear communication, design scalable systems and frameworks, and anticipate scaling challenges. Experience with AI/ML products, developer platforms, API ecosystems, and infrastructure development is a bonus.
Qualifications: 4+ years driving complex technical programs in fast-scaling tech companies as a Technical Program Manager or Engineering Manager with a track record of launching products, building developer platforms, or orchestrating cross-functional initiatives. Proven experience designing systems that scale and building frameworks that help engineering teams ship faster.

Compensation: $192K–$264K/yr
