Role Snapshot
Princeton University is seeking an experienced ERP Reporting & Analytics Lead to drive the implementation of reporting strategies for a new enterprise resource planning system across HCM, Finance, and Academic modules. This role will establish ERP reporting strategy, ensure data governance compliance, and deliver reporting aligned with institutional data strategy.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the creation and maintenance of reporting inventory, guide a project reporting sub-team in designing and developing reports and dashboards, establish quality control standards, and mentor reporting developers. Collaborate with stakeholders to define ERP reporting strategy, gather and prioritize reporting requirements, and ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
Skills & Tools: 7+ years of ERP reporting experience with expertise in SaaS ERP systems such as Oracle Cloud or Workday, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and comprehensive knowledge of data governance, reporting standards, and best practices. Must demonstrate mentoring abilities, stakeholder communication skills, and proficiency in modern cloud-based ERP platforms.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred with 7+ years of ERP reporting experience; experience in higher education ERP reporting implementations and recent hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud or Workday are advantageous.
Location: Princeton, New Jersey
Compensation: $110K–$150K/yr
