Role Snapshot
Part-time Enterprise Service Management Administrator providing support through development and maintenance of service management systems across Community College of Baltimore County. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-wide service management processes and platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain the Enterprise Service Management tool while facilitating inter-departmental collaboration and ensuring system integration. Monitor systems for issues, provide user training, generate performance reports, and manage vendor relationships to ensure reliable service delivery.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in IT Service Management and service management platforms such as TeamDynamix or ServiceNow. ITIL and/or Project Management certifications preferred, along with strong analytical and communication abilities for cross-departmental collaboration.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, business administration, or related field with three years of relevant experience in IT Service Management or enterprise service management. Experience managing service management platforms is preferred.

Compensation: $25β$45/hr
