About the role: We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the creation and growth of AI-powered agents within our Agents for Good team. In this role, your ability to think boldly, act with curiosity, and deliver meaningful outcomes will help reimagine how social impact organizations get work done through intelligent automation. You’ll operate at the intersection of product strategy, data, and customer value—partnering across teams to launch new innovations while scaling existing solutions that expand what’s possible for purpose-driven organizations. What you'll do: Lead end-to-end product development by identifying, validating, and launching new AI-powered agents—from initial concept through market adoption Drive customer and business impact by increasing adoption, improving engagement, and growing revenue through thoughtful product enhancements Build solutions that matter by ensuring agents deliver high-quality, reliable, and responsible AI experiences through continuous iteration and feedback Use data to inform decisions by defining and tracking key metrics tied to customer outcomes, usage, and growth Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, go-to-market, and customer success teams to align strategy and deliver impactful results Shape the future of agentic AI by identifying new opportunities, challenging assumptions, and contributing to long-term innovation within Agents for Good. What you'll bring: 5+ years of product management experience building and scaling SaaS, platform, or AI-driven products Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and experimentation frameworks, combined with data analysis and performance metrics Understanding of customer workflows and AI-driven solutions, including how to translate insights into scalable product capabilities Proven experience delivering products from concept to launch, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments Able to deliver products that meet required standards of quality, security and operability Able to work flexible hours as required by business priorities Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and customer success to deliver customer-centric solutions.
