Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Supporting customer onboarding and launch
- Account Management to grow accounts, obtain renewals and upsells
- Monitoring customer programs and making improvements using KPIs
- Handling customer questions
- Proactively reaching out to customers with program recommendations and solutions
- QBR presentations to improve and develop mentoring programs
- Generating success stories by building successful relationships with customers
- Key goal: Retaining and growing customer accounts
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer success experience in a SaaS company - E-Learning/EdTech experience preferred but not required
- Teaching experience preferred
- Implementation or project management experience preferred
- Knowledge about personal and professional development preferred
- Experience working with internal teams as well as external customers
- Ability to act as a consultant for a client
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Naturally self-driven and results-oriented
- Enjoy working in a high-growth, dynamic company environment
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Candidate should reside in the Chicago land area
