Role Snapshot
Warehouse Associate at Trafera supports the timely and accurate delivery of IT products while maintaining quality and safety standards in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities: Process purchase orders, manage inventory, perform cycle counts, and ensure picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders. Maintain inventory replenishment and support team KPIs while adhering to quality and safety standards.
Skills & Tools: Strong attention to detail, data entry proficiency, and written/verbal communication skills. Experience with ERP systems (particularly Infor CSI and Pacejet) and Microsoft Excel preferred.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of progressive warehouse, inventory management, or related warehouse experience. Self-directed work style with ability to prioritize and solve problems independently.
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Compensation: $18/hr
